    Description

    PositionSummary:

    Weare looking for an ambitious Senior Manager for our Finance team tolead all nance and compliance operations and serve as a valuablebusiness partner to the management team in formulating criticalnancialdecisions.

    RoleandResponsibilities:

    • Leadthe execution of fundraises by taking complete ownership of duediligence processes deal documentation and associatedoperations.
    • Serveas a business partner to management by advising them on decisionsrelated to nancial structuring mergers andacquisitions.
    • Managementof the organization s treasury cash ows and bankoperations.
    • Controllingannual nancial budgets and advising on reducing undesirablevariances.
    • Completeownership of all accounting tax compliance and payroll processesandreconciliations.
    • Leadannual audits and audit planningexercises.
    • Conductrisk assessment exercises and develop internal controls to ensurethe accuracy of nancialreporting.
    • Leadbank and nancial services vendorrelationships.
    • Ensureaccuracy and reliability of daily monthly quarterly and annualnancial managementreporting.
    • Takecharge of the professional development of the nanceteam.
    • Settingup KPIs for the nance team and leading their performancediscussions.
    • Managingteam resourcing and hiring additional team members whenrequired.
    • Promotea culture of high performance and excellence in the nanceteam.
    • Identifyingand implementing new technologies to improve the ef ciency of thenance team andprocesses.

    Requirements:

    • CAwith over 5 years ofexperience.
    • Anunderstanding of executing fundraises with foreign investors ispreferred.
    • Willingnessto step in and execute processes as and whenrequired.
    • Experienceworking with complex multidivisionalorganisations.
    • Humilityto work with people from different backgrounds and not use nancialjargon whilecommunicating.
