    Description


    Colruyt being biggest chain of retail market in food and non-Food products with unique sales formula with lowest prices and IT firm.

    It has a lot of administration works to be performed and the team in Hyderabad, India coordinates with counterparts in Belgium, France & Luxemburg (onsite) by supporting them in various tasks.

    What are the roles/responsibilities of a Team Manager?

    Leadership
    Takes accountability of the services of the teams
    Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services of the team
    Responsible for indicating a direction to the team so that it is clear for everybody which way we are heading and to make sure we are all on the same wavelength

    Organize the team, making it efficient and effective, and ensure there is constant improvement in internal and external collaboration processes.

    Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

    As a part of Middle Management, responsible for making team level decisions, and implement the same in efficient and effective way.

    Responsible for cost/budget management
    Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
    Be a catalyst in implementing our Colruyt values in the organization.

    Stakeholder Management

    Responsible for the synergy with other teams (in India and Belgium) and directions, so that the team contributes significantly to the global process.

    Brings a complex message in a simple way and adjusted to different stakeholders
    Anticipates pro-actively on needs and expectations of stakeholders and builds an enduring stakeholder relation
    Shares information with stakeholders through frequent, open, quality, two-way communication with a sense of direction

    People Development
    People management for a team of members ranging from freshers to seniors to experts.

    Responsible for mobilising and channelling the energy of employees and colleagues to make sure everybody is committed to reach the objectives set.

    Responsible for his/her own presence and availability so that employees have a personal contact for their needs and for taking on the role as a superior.

    Responsible for following and adjusting the work so that we, as a service, comply with the SLEs agreed on with the customer in the total process.

    Responsible for all staffing decisions in the team (recruitment, release, performance appraisal etc.)


    Delivery:
    Responsible for the services delivered by the teams
    Ensures operational support and business continuity
    Defines, Manages and Improves the operational KPIs and efficiencies
    Responsible for the project delivery, taking care of the triple constraints

    What are the expectations from you?
    Prior experience in the areas of related to Test/Project/Delivery Management, Functional / Non- Functional testing.
    Knowledge with the latest technological trends in Software Testing technologies.

    You can adapt your leadership depending on situation: coaching and delegating responsibilities where possible, directing or micro management as a last option only.

    You can take quick, but thoughtful decisions even in ambiguous situations
    You are not simply an executer of "assignments" but somebody who sees opportunities and takes initiatives and develops vision (technical, functional, organizational, methodology,..)
    You can inspire/motivate people to reach results
    You are strong in organization / coordination of projects and daily operations
