    Description

    Job Overview :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer (QE) to join our dynamic team.


    Responsibilities :

    Quality Assurance Strategy :

    • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of highquality software products.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define quality standards, metrics, and KPIs.

    Test Planning and Execution :

    • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements and specifications.
    • Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms and environments to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.

    Automation and Tooling :

    • Drive automation efforts by developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industrystandard tools and frameworks.
    • Evaluate and implement testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    Defect Management :

    • Identify, report, and track software defects using issuetracking systems, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
    • Analyze root causes of defects and work with development teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Continuously assess and improve quality processes and practices, incorporating feedback and lessons learned.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 3+ years experience in quality engineering or software testing roles, with a focus on .NET technologies.
    • Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and related technologies.
    • Expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect management across the software development lifecycle.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • ISTQB certification or equivalent
