Description
We are looking to hire a
Catalog Associate, for an Amazon, who will be responsible for leading and managing the cataloguing to maximize customer experience and for creating, managing and constantly improving processes and work flows for optimal output.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of Catalog production that includes Content Writing, Photoshoot, styling, Editing, QC, upload and Inventory management.
- Setup infrastructure and manpower planning and recruitment for growth and expansion requirements.
- Engaging with the merchandising teams to formulate weekly schedules
- To work closely with the digital team, web designers & developers, external agencies, and the wider marketing team, to ensure that resources are provided to support campaign launches
- Ensuring timely delivery of high quality images and supervision of the web shop. Ensure smooth movement of samples through the Studio Production teams, with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy.
- Work with the Stylist and Photography Managers to plan and produce daily studio schedules to meet upload capacity each week, including special projects
- Scheduling of regular model castings.
- Conduct market research in terms of cataloguing standards across competition.

- Manage the photography equipment selection and purchase process.
- Coordinate with the PM and tech teams to automate the processes in order to improve the efficiencies of the team.

- Identifying and shortlisting outsourcing partners for outsourcing the catalog requirements as part of the strategy.
- Identifying gaps in the system and optimizing turnaround time.
- Working closely with the operations department to ensure smooth flow of products into and out of the studio.
- Creative lead for catalog and editorial shoots: handling processes for the optimal functioning of studio.

- A team leader with excellent communication, presentation capabilities.
- Monitor the attrition rates, absenteeism, utilization, and training of teams.
- Work with the SME teams to help achieve the quality goals.
- Conduct performance management process for the entire team.
- Mentor, lead and guide the studio managers
- Manage and lead the catalog team.
- Handle behavioral and disciplinary issues.
- Manage and resolve conflicts within the team members.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of aspects of cataloguing like photography, photo editing and content writing (desirable)
- Highly skilled in data analysis and interpretation
- Must be proficient in Business process reengineering and optimization
- Must be comfortable with statistical concepts related to Quality
- Must be comfortable with advanced MS
- Excel tools

Qualification
- Post Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 2years in a relevant position
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
