    Description

    Job Title:

    Manager (Revenue)

    Job Summary:

    He/she is responsible for managing the company's revenue cycle, ensuring that revenue is accurately recorded, and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. He/she will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and improve processes.

    The Manager must have a strong understanding of Dutch GAAP, US GAAP and auditing standards. They must be able to analyse financial data and identify areas for process improvement. He/she must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be required to collaborate with various departments within the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition.

    Ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in accordance with Dutch GAAP and US GAAP ASC 606 .

    Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Develop and implement controls to mitigate revenue-related risks.

    Prepare reports and provide analysis on revenue and audit-related metrics.

    Support MEC activities and variance analysis for monthly end close.

    Assist Director with external audits and regulatory compliance.

    Assist with the preparation of financial analysis and reports for management.

    Engage with big 4 auditor for completion of India and Dutch entity internal and statutory audit

    Manage Intercompany and transfer pricing transactions.

    Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline financial operations.

    Perform other duties as assigned by the Directors

    Qualified Chartered Accountant

    5+ years of experience in revenue and audit-related functions. Big 4/MNC experience is preferred

    Knowledge of US and Dutch GAAP and auditing standards.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PPTs.

    Experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.

    Working location and timing

    Regular working hours and commute to office location
