JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities

(Functional)

Online and telephonic coordination with Patients, Doctors, Embassy Officials, Immigration Officials, Patients Facilitators Healthcare Insurance Company Officials and International Tours & Travel Operators.
Supporting language translation services between doctors and patients, patients and HCFs, supervisors and patients supervisor and patient facilitators etc.
Ensuring resolution of all medical enquiries from international patients, doctors, caretaker's facilitators, and other associated healthcare entities / officials.
Submission of financial quotes to patients, doctors, TPAs, facilitators and insurance companies.
Complete onground logistics and coordination for international patients as part of operations including patient registration, appointment bookings, travel coordination, lodging and boarding coordination, OPD & IPD coordination, patient counseling etc.

Key Responsibilities

(Administrational)

Developing SOPs for International Patient Service standards.

Additional KRA's (If any)

Coordination for organizing camps &/or clinics at international destinations.
Driving patient and facilitator engagement initiatives online, offline and onground.
Developing revenue enhancement ideas and initiatives for the department of international patient services.
