JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities

(Functional)

  • Online and telephonic coordination with Patients, Doctors, Embassy Officials, Immigration Officials, Patients Facilitators Healthcare Insurance Company Officials and International Tours & Travel Operators.
  • Supporting language translation services between doctors and patients, patients and HCFs, supervisors and patients supervisor and patient facilitators etc.
  • Ensuring resolution of all medical enquiries from international patients, doctors, caretaker's facilitators, and other associated healthcare entities / officials.
  • Submission of financial quotes to patients, doctors, TPAs, facilitators and insurance companies.
  • Complete onground logistics and coordination for international patients as part of operations including patient registration, appointment bookings, travel coordination, lodging and boarding coordination, OPD & IPD coordination, patient counseling etc.
Key Responsibilities

(Administrational)

  • Developing SOPs for International Patient Service standards.
Additional KRA's (If any)

  • Coordination for organizing camps &/or clinics at international destinations.
  • Driving patient and facilitator engagement initiatives online, offline and onground.
  • Developing revenue enhancement ideas and initiatives for the department of international patient services.
