Role : Technical Lead - (iGaming / Fantasy Sports Industry Experience :

Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining scalable and robust applications for our iGaming platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to define and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Apply in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry to drive innovation and excellence in software development.

Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are maintained, and promote a culture of high-quality software craftsmanship.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the technical stack.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience (5-8 years) in software development, with a focus on

In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including online casino and betting platforms.

Strong experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, with expertise in database design and optimization.

Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as React or Angular, is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
