    Description

    Vedanta's Aluminium Business is one of the world's top and India's largest producer of aluminium at 2.37 million tonnes per annum (MTPA). The company is rapidly scaling its efforts to become a fully integrated, global leader in aluminium production, offering a wide range of high-quality aluminium products. Vedanta's Bauxite and Coal mines will play a crucial role in this endeavor, strategically poised to be the largest value creators for the aluminium business.

    To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new value for the business, we are seeking passionate professionals for the position of Head Talent Acquisition-Mines. This role will be crucial for continuing mining operations and achieving the larger vision of the overall Aluminium Business.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for organization building including design, workforce planning, talent sourcing and seamless on-boarding.
    • Devise organization structure in line of group philosophy and workforce planning in close coordination with SBU/ functional Heads.
    • Lead complete gamut of talent acquisition as per Vedanta hiring guidelines.
    • Drive digitalization in talent acquisition, analytics and benchmarking in HR.

    Candidate Profile

    • Post-graduate (preferably MBA) with 8+ years of experience with extensive skill in Talent Acquisition
    • Strong networking and consultative skills - with the ability to influence, negotiate and analytical mindset.
