    Job Description

  • Good knowledge of the Finance function and comfortable with financial analysis
  • Analyzing the large datasets to identify key drivers of performance, providing insights to the stakeholders for decision making
  • Performing variance analysis to identify the root cause of variance and to recommend corrective actions
  • Preparing various financial reports to monitor the status of the process and to study the trends of various key performance indicators
  • Developing financial models for annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Gathering data from multiple sources for performing analysis required for various reports
  • Collaborating with different teams for additional data/reporting requirements
  • Leverage various BI tools for data visualizations to convey actionable insights to process owners
  • Development of Interactive dashboards with impactful data visualizations to analyze various metrics which will drive important decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automations wherever required
  • Strong attention to detail and should take ownership to deliver the reports on time
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Structured approach to analyze the data with a forward-thinking approach rather than a short-term solution
  • Preparing different ad-hoc reports as and when required by the business
  • Identify and understand the challenges in the process, recommend possible solutions
  • Handling special Projects to support the analysis of new business cases and to provide recommendations to add value to the process
  • Dive deeply into the financial data and create presentations that provide insightful analysis
