Design and Presentations:

Design work of leaflets and IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials. Additionally, s/he will provide assistance with presentations as required by FRHS India HO.

These presentations may cover various topics, including meetings, business planning, fundraising, clinical matters, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) initiatives.

Concept Notes and Proposals:

Creating concept notes and proposals. This will involve conducting desk research and assisting in drafting Terms of Reference (ToRs) and other relevant documents.

Website and Social Media:

Collaborating with the website team to upload banners, information, awards, etc., on both the FRHS India and Pratigya websites.

S/he will also play a key role in ideating and designing social media campaigns related to Women and Child Development (WCD) and International Safe Abortion Day (ISAD), in coordination with the Social Media and Creative agencies.

Case Studies and Documentation:

Documenting case studies with accompanying images for the AYSRH (Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health) project and publish them on the website.

AYSRH Project Support:

Providing additional support required for the AYSRH project, which may include drafting donor reports and presentations.

Required skills and competencies:

Strong communication and writing skills to effectively convey messages to different audiences.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and software for creating visually appealing IEC materials.
Ability to draft clear and persuasive concept notes and proposals.
Experience in website management and content updates.
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for running successful campaigns.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
