    Description
    Our client is a well-established personal care brand seeks

    Category Lead - Skin/Hair Care to manage P&L and oversee all aspects of brand management. I n collaboration with the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Oversee short and mid-term marketing plans in alignment with the brand's long-term objectives.

    Market and Consumer Insights:
    Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and brand positioning. Gain deep understanding of consumer behavior, including triggers and barriers.

    Product Launches:
    Design and execute successful product launch strategies across various channels, including direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and offline.

    Communication Development:
    Manage and develop messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

    Data Analytics:
    Drive measurement and learning from various marketing initiatives using data analytics.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with marketing team members, cross-functional teams, and external partners/agencies/vendors.

    Support Activities:
    Engage in portfolio management, sales support, and customer service to drive overall brand success.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; postgraduate degree in marketing preferred.

    Experience:
    Approximately

    4-5 years in brand management,

    consumer marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

    Prior experience in the hair care or skin care industry is required,

    along with exposure to a start-up environment being advantageous.
