    Intern (VE Consultancy)

    Pune (Office Based)

    The Role

    The IES Pune Team is currently looking for an Intern to join our Consultancy team based in our Pune office. You will:

    • have the opportunity to work on challenging, international projects
    • be encouraged and supported to develop your career
    • operate CAD/3D software and our own VE (Virtual Environment) software on behalf of our clients
    • be involved in multiple tasks depending on projects

    Duties will include:

    Assist with a variety of efforts including data collection, data cleansing, statistical analysis, database management, model building, model validation and analysis

    The Candidate

    We are looking for a candidate with appropriate and relevant engineering or architectural background, with the following skills and experience

    Essential skills:

    • B.Arch./Sustainability technology/Environmental studies
    • Experience in drafting using CAD tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino etc
    • Strong communication skills including speaking English

    Desirable skills:

    • Prior interning experience towards using 3D/Energy modelling software
    • Experience in simulation using tools such as IESVE (preferred)
    • Experience in Architectural/Sustainability industry/Environmental Studies
