    Job Title:

    Human Resources Manager

    Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

    Department: Human Resources (HR)

    Reports To: Director of Human Resources

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our IT company and lead all HR functions, from recruitment to compliance, with a hands-on and strategic mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Recruitment and Staffing:
    * Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
    * Manage full-cycle recruitment process.
    * Collaborate with department heads for hiring needs.

    Employee Relations:
    - Act as employee point of contact.
    - Address employee issues promptly.
    - Resolve complaints and disputes.

    Performance Management:
    - Implement performance appraisal systems.
    - Provide guidance on improvement plans.
    - Develop training programs for employee growth.

    Compliance and Policies:
    - Ensure compliance with labor laws.
    - Develop and update HR policies.
    - Conduct audits for policy adherence.

    Compensation and Benefits:
    - Administer compensation and benefits programs.
    - Conduct salary benchmarking.
    - Manage benefits programs and renewals.

    Employee Development and Training:
    - Identify training needs.
    - Organise workshops and seminars.
    - Support leadership development.

    HR Metrics and Reporting:
    - Track HR metrics for decision-making.
    - Prepare reports on HR activities.
    - Drive improvements with data insights.

    Culture and Engagement:
    - Promote inclusive company culture.
    - Organize engagement activities.
    - Implement strategies for employee satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
    - Up to 2 years of HR experience in IT.
    - Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
    - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
    - Strong problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills:
    - Excel expertise and HR Tools experience.
    - Familiarity with tech industry trends.
    - Experience in diversity and inclusion.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects.

    Working Conditions:
    - Full-time position with occasional off-hour work.
    - Occasional travel required.
