    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Initiatives: Align training programs with business objectives and drive career development and succession planning.
    • Administrative Initiatives: Manage HR functions, legal compliance, policy enforcement, and more.
    • Employee Engagement: Create an engaging wellness framework, support career development, and drive high employee survey scores.
    • Coaching / Consulting: Provide HR guidance to business leaders, offer advice, and assist in policy implementation.
    • Team Development: Support managers in performance management and career planning.
    • Culture / Organization Values: Promote cultural values and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    What you need to succeed at XPO:

    • Requirements:
      - Bachelor's/Master's degree
      - 3-7 years of HR Generalist experience
      - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
    • Skills:
      - Ability to resolve employee issues effectively
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Experience in building partnerships with leadership
    • Availability: Flexibility to work a schedule and travel occasionally as needed.
