    Description

    Omkaram Sridathre services is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our growing pooja-related startup for both products (chemical free and eco friendly packaging) and services (Customer centric with free followups) as the Hub and Main Office Manager. This role involves overseeing the operations, logistics, and team management for both the central office and hub locations of different states. The ideal candidate should have a passion promoting our services and producs on both E-commerce and hubs , excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in managerial roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the central office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
    • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes.
    • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hubs within the state.
    • Ensure efficient coordination and execution of pooja-related events and services.
    • Manage inventory and supplies for each hub.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise hubs staff and office staff.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
    • Coordinate with vendors, priests, and other stakeholders for successful events.
    • Budget planning and management for hub and office operations.
    • Generate regular reports on hub and office performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on previous sales from hubs and online.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 2+ years is preferred in managerial roles.
    • Innovative , self Discipline and confident.
    • Strong organizational , decision making and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication (English & Telugu Communication) and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Minimum Knowledge of Hindu/pooja rituals is a plus.
