    Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Data Business Analyst

    Playing a key role of data mapping of source ERPs with the supply chain planning tools

    Responsibilities

    ·Partner with supply chain planning teams to create data mapping specifications for the different source systems and the Kinaxis RapidResponse supply chain planning tool.

    ·Identify CDS views related to supply chain modules of S/4HANA such as Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning.

    ·Work with the SAP development team to enable consumption of some of the CDS views in Informatica cloud.

    ·Work closely with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems, primarily SAP/JDA.

    ·Partner with development/testing team to help design their functional and system testing strategy and develop test cases for new system functionality.

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·Business analysis experience, with strong process, data, and systems understanding.

    ·Knowledge of SAP supply chain modules SD, PP and MM I SAP implementation knowledge and knowledge of SAP data models,

    ·Knowledge and understanding of CDS views and tables related to these SAP modules.

    ·Excellent understanding of supply chain modules.

    ·Ability to document – requirements, source to target mapping documents.

    ·The ability to work with both business (non-technical) and technology (technical) professionals to translate and communicate requirements effectively between all stakeholders.

    ·Inquisitive technical and business skills to understand, test, or challenge the status quo while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners.

    ·Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; proven ability to work in a team environment with the ability to operate independently.

    ·Confident communication skills (strong written and verbal English) and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

    ·Aptitude for learning systems and technologies like Kinaxis RapidResponse, JDA planning tools.

    ·Advanced Excel skills (proficient in functions, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

    ·Reasonable sql skills

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    ·Familiarity with other systems like Kinaxis RapidResponse.

    ·Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning.

    ·Good sql skills.

    ·Experience working in an agile environment.

    ·Experience with tracking and monitoring tools (Rally preferred).

    ·General knowledge of end-to-end data project management lifecycle.
