Telemarketing Executive / Customer Care Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Calls potential customers to sell [products or services.]
- Shares the selling points for the [products or services.]
- Answers questions about the [products or services.]
- Recommends [products or services] based on their needs.
- Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
- Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
- Uses popular telemarketing software.
- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications for:
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
