Telemarketing Executive / Customer Care Executive


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Calls potential customers to sell [products or services.]
  • Shares the selling points for the [products or services.]
  • Answers questions about the [products or services.]
  • Recommends [products or services] based on their needs.
  • Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
  • Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
  • Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
  • Uses popular telemarketing software.
  • Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications for:


  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
