    Description

    This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, CAMPAIGNs, and product innovations to drive product growth.

    They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

    Location: Bengaluru

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the Consumer understanding, Brand positioning, Collection Concepts, & Campaign management.
    • Established Establishing as the leading aspirational brand in the fine jewellery category.
    • Thereby grow the consumer community for the same through social media, PR Content ideation, creation and execution IP ideation, creation, and execution for the brand.
    • Brand Custodian - Brand roll out at touch points – creating guidelines, ensuring Retail collateral creation and support Direct Marketing / Performance marketing creatives support.
    • Identifying relevant platforms and channels for the brand and growing these platforms and channels Identifying new agencies, partners maintaining relationships, and negotiating costs Customer insight to bring in relevant inputs for business Managing Brand Budgets.

    Knowledge:

    • Category knowledge will be an added advantage
    • Brand and communications knowledge
    • Latest trends in marketing and communications
    • Aptitude for numbers and data

    Qualifications

    • MBA from a premier college
    • 5+ years' of brand management or marketing experience
