    Role Overview:
    is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.
    • SEM: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and user acquisition on all platform Google/bing etc
    • Lead Generation: Increase and meet goals on Lead generation from both Organic and Paid channels (where applicable)
    • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.
    • Social Media Management: Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
    • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust based on performance data.
    • SMS/RCS Campaign management: Drive successful SMS/RCS campaign for user engagement.
    • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI (where applicable).
    • Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.
    • Content Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
