    Description

    The Position:

    • Plan and execute effective performance marketing strategies on various channels, like search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), retargeting, social media advertising, and more.
    • Manage paid campaigns hands-on from start to finish, covering campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and continuous optimization to meet client goals and KPIs.
    • Show deep knowledge in top paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others. Keep updated on platform changes, features, and best practices.
    • Use e-commerce marketing expertise to create and run successful campaigns that boost online sales, enhance customer acquisition, and elevate overall e-commerce performance for clients.
    • Track campaign performance with suitable analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Analyze data for areas of enhancement and data-driven suggestions.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including content creators, SEO professionals, and web developers, to ensure seamless alignment of paid marketing activities with overall strategies.
    • Perform thorough keyword research, analyze search trends, and optimize bid strategies for maximum visibility and cost-efficiency.
    • Apply strategies to enhance landing pages, checkout processes, and other conversion funnels for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
    • Stay updated on advertising industry trends and platform specifics.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing Agencies.
    • Managed a minimum budget of INR 50 Lakh per month (or equivalent) for clients, ideally spanning various sectors.

    Desired Skills:

    A strategic planner with robust analytical abilities. A forward-thinking attitude is crucial, combined with proficiency in major advertising platforms.
