Relationship
Manager- CRM role at Pune West location.
Specifics of the role:
Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any.
Responsible for achieving & overachieving the defined collection targets.
Raising timely invoices as per the billing milestones achieved.
Thorough follow up with clients for payments until closure.
Ensure registration readiness of the customer & prompt support to the backend team for execution.
Deliver good customer experience with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
Ensure prompt response to customer queries.
Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities.
Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
Address various customer grievances within defined SLA's.
Thorough snagging with an aim of delivering finished product as per GDPL quality standards before the date of possession.
Follow up with the projects team to close loop on snag list.
Generate various weekly, monthly reports to track the deliverables.
Readiness for audit by systematically maintaining the required documentation & process adherence.
Qualifications:
5+ Years Experience in CRM
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
