    Designation - Social Media Expert / Social Media Marketing Specialist

    Experience - 2+ Yrs

    Work Location - Ahmedabad (WFO)

    Salary - Upto 50K

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Content and Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our social media presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategies to generate leads through both paid and organic marketing channels.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

    2. Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    3. Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

    4. Implement paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to generate leads and maximize ROI.

    5. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and lead generation.

    7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

    8. Identify and engage with influencers and industry leaders to amplify our brand reach and generate leads.

    9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.

    10. Continuously test and refine strategies to improve social media engagement and lead generation efforts.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and executing successful social media campaigns.

    3. Demonstrated ability to create compelling content for various social media platforms.

    4. Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms, including budget management and campaign optimization.

    5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure performance.

    6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    8. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and best practices.

    9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    10. Experience in lead generation and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques is a plus.
