    Responsibilities:

    Spearhead all initiatives to establish Songdew as a leading label in the music industry.

    Develop a comprehensive business plan and strategy, overseeing its implementation to achieve the company's label objectives.

    Identify exceptional talent within the music industry and forge long-term partnerships and deals to foster their growth and success.

    Collaborate with regional labels, fostering strategic alliances and partnerships to expand the company's presence and influence.

    Create and execute dynamic marketing plans for music releases, ensuring effective promotion and revenue generation.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with various streaming platforms, leveraging these connections to promote artists and musicians effectively.

    Diversify revenue streams beyond streaming, exploring opportunities for sync licensing and other forms of brand partnerships.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful business strategies within the music industry.

    Passion for music and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of the music industry.

    Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to identify and tap into talented musicians and industry professionals.

    Proficiency in designing and implementing marketing campaigns that lead to successful revenue generation and increased brand recognition.

    In-depth knowledge of the sync licensing process and its application within the music industry.
