    Description
    Overview: We're looking for a talented Senior UI Developer to lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. You should have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and experience in using design tools like Figma. A keen eye for UX principles is essential, along with leadership skills to mentor junior developers and drive innovation within the team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they align with UX principles and design specifications
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing UI designs
    • Develop reusable UI components and libraries using ReactJS and Redux to promote consistency and efficiency across products
    • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness of user interfaces across different devices and browsers
    • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and enforce best practices to maintain code quality and scalability
    • Mentor junior developers, share knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
    • Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logic and APIs
    • Utilize design tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups, and collaborate with designers to iterate on UI designs
    • Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to enhance user experience

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    • 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Redux
    • Proficiency in using design tools like Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
    • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
    • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing UI performance
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
    • A portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating expertise in UI development, ReactJS, Redux, Figma, and UX design principles is highly desirable
