    Description

    Job Overview:

    The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge Conversational AI and other NLP related projects, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Model pre-training and fine-tuning, Advanced prompting techniques, and Reinforcement Learning.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques.
    • Optimize model performance through experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and advanced optimization techniques
    • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and related fields, and incorporate new techniques and methods into the team's workflow
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics systems.
    • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.
    • LM Inference optimization algorithms for real-time performance.
    • Implement and maintain codebase primarily in C/C++ and Python
    • Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Provide support and guidance to other team members, and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
    • Publications in recognized conferences or journals such asACL/EMNLP/NAACL/COLING/LREC/ICML/ICLR/AAAI/Neurips

    Skills Required:

    • Experience in NLP, LLM, AI/ML, and Reinforcement Learning.
    • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
    • Experience with RAG techniques and LLM finetuning.
    • Experience in various NLP libraries such as Transformers,TRL, Evaluation, Datasets
    • Deep learning frameworks experience, preferably with PyTorch
    • Experience in data cleaning, tokenization, feature extraction
    • Knowledge of refining and optimizing prompts to improve LLM outcome.
    • Knowledge on vector Dbs and text/image embedding models.

    Qualifications Required:

    Master's or PhD or equivalent experience in computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field
