    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or similar role preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Knowledge of the local area and attractions
    • Proficiency in MS Office and booking software
    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
    • Assist guests in making reservations and booking appointments
    • Ensure guests are attended to promptly and their needs are met
    • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns
    • Maintain a clean and organized guest reception area
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience
    • Upsell services and products to guests as appropriate
    • Follow company guidelines and procedures to provide a high level of customer service
