    Role Description:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to join our team at Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. This full-time on-site role, based in Trivandrum, involves spearheading full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing employer branding initiatives and conducting effective interviews.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing methods to identify top talent.

    Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

    Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.

    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the NBFC/BFSI sector.

    Proven track record in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes.

    Strong understanding of employer branding concepts and strategies.

    Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.

    Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment techniques.
