    JobDescription: Associate Manager / Manager CRM
    Summary:Weare looking for an experienced CRM head to be responsible forengaging with key customers by building positive relationships withnew clients. You should also be strategic and analytical whenfinding solutions to problems to ensure maximum clientsatisfaction.
    Roles& Responsibilities:
    1. Managingthe complete call center and make sure that all the things aremaintained as per simple standard.
    2. Generatereports and analytics based on the customerdata.
    3. Audit the call center for performancequality and efficiency.
    4. Solve any customercomplaint or escalation with other CFTs.
    5. Ensurehighest quality customer experience and take necessary steps toensure that.
    6. Provide necessary insights forsales marketing engineering and other respective departments.
    7. Conduct quality assurance surveys to determinecustomer satisfaction.

    You must have any or a combination of any of thefollowingskills:
    1. Anybachelor s degree or masters.
    2. 5 10years ofexperience
    3. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
    4. Proficient in allMicrosoft applications.
    5. Superior productknowledge.
    6. A team player with leadershipskills.
    7. Maintain a positive attitude focused oncustomersatisfaction.
