    Program Manager- Strategic Initiatives

    About the Role

    We are looking to hire a Program Manager to work with the Business Head-Infinity Schools to drive large-scale impact through various strategic initiatives for the B2B business. If you're hungry to make a large-scale impact, exceptional at problem-solving and can execute with high intensity and speed, we want you on our team.

    Scope of the Role

    • Lead various 'Design- Experiment- Iterate- Build - Operate - Transfer' projects throughout the year working closely with the Business Head.
    • Step in as a consultant to assist functional teams in problem-solving, filling in any gaps to drive business success.
    • Take charge of projects on Growth, GTM strategy, productivity improvement, sales optimisation, Customer Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Operational Excellence, and more to keep us ahead.
    • Take charge of multi-function projects with teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organisational goals.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with programs and projects.

    Ideal Profile

    • 2-5 years of experience including 1-3 years in a high-growth startup environment.
    • 1-2 years of consulting experience will be a plus, though it is not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with both the 0-1 and 1-100 phases of company growth.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Extreme comfort with data and deriving insights from it.
    • Proficiency in problem structuring, hypothesis building, experimentation, data analysis, and driving change.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a knack for influence.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
