Simplifai is a Global IT company specializing in process automation with help of
Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for UI/UX designer at our Baner, Pune Office.


What to expect from the role:
Hands-on experience with creating user-friendly and straightforward ideas for UX projects.

Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time to complete tasks.

Hands on experience with wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps.

Learn on the job regarding the best practices in user interface and designing.

Exposure to the design industry and its various responsibilities. Oversee UX projects and deliverables


Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, mockups with a mindset to make our user's life better.

Understand the core difficulties and devise a creative and practical solution.

Perform research and analyse the expectation of the user.


Believe in action items on every screen and make a great effort in offering mínimalist design within the scope of the system.

Facilitate product visions by designing a wireframe, sketch, prototype, and mockups.

Collaborative design with other partners viz. product management, technical architect,

developers, and designers.

Present useful user stories and journey across multiple devices.

Understand delivering the value of a good design today than a great design next year.

Administer and collect user acceptance testing and perfect design if needed.

Iterate the complete product/system and culls out areas of improvement for better user

experience. Champion new ideas and takes smart risks.


Requirements:

3-7 Years of UX design experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in fields related to Design, Computer Science or IT.

Proven experience in UX experience for multiple digital devices (Web, tablets, mobile)


Proficient with conducting User Research, Building User Flows and working with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, Whimsical etc.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in understanding the detailed requirement and aligning the needs to product vision.

Has in-depth knowledge of UX Principles and Practices

Excited to follow the UX industry latest trends and technologies.

Preferably experienced in designing for international languages and complex product

requirements. Can articulate design processes, ideas, and solution to the team

Seasoned in testing usability and accessibility concerns.

Open to constructive feedback

Creative thinking with attention to detail
