    Role Description :


    User Research :



    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies to understand user needs and preferences.
    • Analyze data from existing research or carry out new research when necessary.
    • Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observation.
    UX Design :


    • Lead the endtoend User-Centered Design (UCD) process.
    • Create personas, user journey maps, and other strategic design documents based on research insights.
    • Design highlevel UX structures (flows and wireframes) and lowerlevel interaction designs (interactive prototypes) to communicate product experiences effectively.
    Usability Testing and Iterative Improvement :

    • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs.
    • Iterate on designs based on testing results to improve usability.
    • Collaborate closely with technical developers during the build process to ensure the best possible UX is implemented.
    Measurement and Documentation :


    • Define metrics to measure the impact and value of research and design interventions.
    • Create design libraries to document proven design patterns and interactions for future reuse.
    Advocacy and Leadership :


    • Act as an advocate for users, ensuring UX is a priority throughout the design process.
    • Champion UX across the organization and educate stakeholders on the value of UCD.
    • Coach and mentor junior UX staff in core UX skills and project management.
    Requirements :


    Technical Skills :


    • Thorough understanding of UX principles.
    • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in large, clientside companies.
    • Proficiency in UX research methodologies and experience moderating research.
    • Experience creating strategic design documents and UX deliverables.
    • Proficiency in tools like Figma for UX design and prototyping.
    • Portfolio demonstrating the impact of UCD on digital products and services.
    • Experience designing for multiple platforms and user groups.
    • Working knowledge of Accessibility and Inclusive Design principles.
    Soft Skills :


    • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent listener and presenter, with strong communication skills in written and spoken formats.
    • Influencing skills to evangelize UCD to stakeholders.
    • Collaborative team player, able to work well with crossfunctional teams.
    • Open to giving and receiving constructive criticism.
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a global corporate environment.
    • Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written.
    • Candidates meeting these requirements would be wellequipped to excel in the role of Senior UX Designer/Researcher, driving usercentric design practices and delivering impactful digital experiences.
