    Description

    Essential Skills/Experience: - Profound expertise in SAP Security & Authorizations spanning ECC, BI/BW, GRC, S/4 HANA & Fiori, and HANA Database.

    • Comprehensive grasp of security paradigms across diverse business functions (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, QM).
    • Handson proficiency in role design for both S/4 HANA hub and embedded deployments.
    • Demonstrable experience configuring GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, ARA & BRM).
    • Track record of driving innovation through design workshops and solution ideation.
    • Seasoned in navigating security protocols during SAP system upgrades and transformations.
    • Familiarity with GRC Process Controls.
    • Exposure to cuttingedge SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAP Analytical Cloud, IAG, etc.
    • Strong aptitude for integrating SAP modules into endtoend business workflows.
    • Ability to distill business requirements into functional specifications.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot authorization issues spanning ECC & S/4 landscapes (inclusive of Fiori & HANA DB).
    • Capability to manage application maintenance for SAP Security within Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and the Activate methodology.
    • A proactive problemsolving approach and adeptness at collaborating within large, diverse teams.
    • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), coupled with stellar interpersonal and presentation abilities.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a hybrid working model.
    Desirable Skills/Experience :


    • Requisite certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SAP Certified Associate, etc.
    • Handson experience in streamlining SOx compliance through automation.
    • Exposure to tools like SAP Solution Manager, various testing utilities, and UI/UX platforms.
    • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and proficiency in utilizing tools like JIRA.
    • Prior experience in people management, including direct and indirect reports.
