    Purpose of the role:

    As a Data Product Manager at RateGain, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering data products that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions, optimize their daily operations, and achieve their business objectives. This role requires a curious, technically proficient, and data-savvy individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Problem Solving and Data Analysis:
    2. Dive deep into complex problem statements, leveraging your strong analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets.
    3. Use data-driven approaches to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that align with our clients' objectives.
    4. Stakeholder Communication:
    5. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and engineering, to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
    6. Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed about the progress and impact of data product initiatives.
    7. Technical Proficiency:
    8. Possess a solid technical foundation, allowing you to effectively communicate with engineering teams and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    9. Understand data architecture, tools, and technologies relevant to data product development.
    10. Data Analysis and Dashboard Creation:
    11. Utilize your expertise in data analysis to create insightful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to clients.
    12. Work on large datasets, extracting meaningful information and presenting it in a user-friendly format.
    13. Client-Centric Approach:
    14. Gain a deep understanding of client needs and objectives, translating this knowledge into data product features that enhance their daily efficiency.
    15. Continuously gather feedback to improve and refine data products to meet evolving client requirements.
    16. Go-to-Market Strategy:
    17. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new data products.
    18. Articulate the vision of the product to prospective clients, showcasing its value and impact.
    19. User Research and Design Thinking:
    20. Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
    21. Validate product prototypes using design thinking concepts, ensuring that the final product meets user expectations.
    Qualification SummaryEducation: B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 collegeExperience: 3-7 years of experience in managing SaaS/Data Products
