    Overview

    The HR& Admin Executive plays a crucial role in the organizationby managing the human resource and administrative functions toensure the smooth operation of the business. They are responsiblefor carrying out various HR activities and providing administrativesupport to enhance the overall efficiency of thecompany.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • To arrange thecasual manpower for Production.
    • Interviewcoordination with complete the joining to exit formalities ( ifany)
    • Ensure to maintain required statutorycompliance documents for plant
    • Overview thegeneral administration ( Security Housekeeping Courieretc)
    • Vendor sManagement
    • Maintain the trainingrecord
    • Maintain employee s / worker personaldata base
    • Grievancehandling
    • Assist for external auditcertification
    • Welfare facility for staff andworker

    RequiredQualifications

    • Proven work experienceas an HR & Admin Executive or similarrole.
    • Sound knowledge of HR processes laborlaws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in HRISsoftware and MS Office particularly Excel andWord.
    • Strong understanding of payrollmanagement and administration.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Certification in HR management orrelated field will be an addedadvantage.
    • Proactive and solutionorientedapproach to problemsolving.
    • Ability to workwell independently as well as in ateam.
