    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager located in Lucknow.

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's products and services in the assigned region.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in regional sales management
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    Understanding of the financial services industry
    Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
    Experience in supply chain finance or fintech industry
    Knowledge of salesforce and other CRM tools
    MBA or Master's degree in business administration
