    Description
    What are we looking for?
    At Zorba the Buddha, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

    This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales team is well-equipped with the sales processes, preparing sales performance reports and imparting skills necessary to drive our company's growth.

    What you'll do?


    Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on sales performance, feedback of leads as taken from the team to create consumer strategies with the higher management.

    Supervising and implementing sales processes, and other relevant procedures to enhance the sales team's capabilities
    Organize and conduct regular team meets for the sales team to reinforce learning and assess proficiency in sales techniques.
    Supervising Onboarding procedure for new sales team members and volunteers ensuring they are quickly brought up to speed.

    Quality Assurance:

    Monitor and evaluate the quality of sales practices and customer interactions, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards.


    Feedback and Coaching:

    Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales team members based on assessment results fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.


    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the performance marketing team and higher management to allocate leads and responsibilities to sales team.

    What you must have?
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
    A spiritual bent of mind is important.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ training and development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
    In-depth knowledge of sales processes and strategies, as well as experience developing and delivering sales training programs
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and drive results through effective training and coaching.
    Willingness to work in an 8 hours shift with one weekly off.
