    Here are the desired Educational & Professional Qualifications -

    Experience: 7+ years of experience in Data and BI space with following technical and functional skills.

    Must have skillsets:

    1) Technical Skills:

    a) DB Tools

    • in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases
    • in cloud data services (GCP) and big data technologies
    • in ETL process to handle ad-hoc data analysis.

    b) Business Intelligence (BI)

    • with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy,Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization techniques.
    • in designing wireframes and dashboards that address relevant business problems.
    • on experience in Microsoft Excel to create tables with formula, creating pivots and charts, creating Macros, etc.

    2) Functional Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Ability to manage data engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and objectives
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    3) Non-Technical Skills:

    • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and business intelligence analysts in executing projects that transform data into actionable insights.
    • The candidate must have strong communication skills to explain analysis/insights of complex business problems.
    • Ability to think and speak strategically, provide recommendations internally as well as externally.
    • Develop/ Recommend solutions / suggestions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow
