- Guide a team of 23 individuals for indirect tax related services.
- Portfolio of clients and support the partner in providing global indirect tax and trade services.
- Discuss with clients and provide solutions as well as close negotiations.
- Responsive to client demands, project deadlines, and addressing team queries and resolution.
- Zero escalations from the client.
- To learn the subject matter and grow in the organisation.
- 45 years of experience in Indirect Tax including customs and FTP.
- Must have an experience on indirect tax related advisories, litigations and liasoning with tax authorities.
- Communications skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Having an experience and ability in handling a team of 23 members.
- To manage clients through improvement planning and long term vision of improving service levels.
- Take ownership of his/her work and initiate required activities to get the results.
- Solving attitude and willing to learn.
