The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices
Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of highcalibre talent

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors
Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
Are detail oriented and quality focused
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
