    Description
    Job Description responsibilities will include :

    Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software engineers working on delivering mobile based games.

    • Own the delivery timelines.
    • Help the team deliver high quality code, meeting set timelines, while following good engineering practices such as proper design.
    • Participate actively in code development, code reviews, bug/issue triage within the engineering team.
    • Contribute to product architecture and solutions to deliver solutions that meet business goals.
    • Deliver products that meet goals on high availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and operations.
    • Be willing to get hands on when needed.
    This may involve writing code.

    Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

    • Btech from Tier1/2 Engineering Institute ONLY
    • Total experience should be 812 years with some team handling experience.
    • Experience in both client slide (C++/ JS/Unity will be useful) & server side (C++/Erlang/Elixir, Scala/Python/NodeJS etc.)
    • Prior Experience in gaming would be great.
    Job location : Sector 3, Noida
