Responsibilities
Create/Review/ Validate and correct location hierarchy as per ISO14224 / client's. guidelines / asset registration,
Create SAP PM Templates such as Maintenance plans, Maintenance Items, Maintenance Package, Task Lists, Object List and Bill of Material by referring Maintenance Strategies, client's Maintenance Code of Practice, IOM Manuals, Performance Standards, SIL Reports and Cause and Effect Diagrams and company guidelines.
Create Job Plans and Maintenance Procedures as per client's guidelines.
Review SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Report)
Literate with LSMW program in SAP and the template requirement with proper understanding of terminologies used.
Possess good understanding of engineering drawing / documents such as P&IDs, SLDs, Cause and Effect Diagrams, SIL Reports, IOM Manuals, General Arrangement Diagrams, OREDA data, FMEA Tables.
Carry out various Data cleansing and data enrichment tasks in SAP as per Company Guidelines.
Preparation of various reports as per KPI Company management requirement.
Any other related SAP/CMMS / ERP tasks associated to the above and required by Company.
Assist Lead Engineer in performing, Function/Equipment Criticality Assessment, PM Optimization, RCM Studies, RAM Analysis, creating Maintenance and Spare Parts Strategies.
Software proficiency
SAP PM and MM
The minimum qualification and experience requirements will be as under:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
o Experience in Oil and Gas Operations / Maintenance / Inventory / Asset
o Engineers: Minimum 5 Years' experience in Oil & Gas
Familiar with Maintenance Strategies and Methodologies including Policies / Standards / Guidelines and Procedures.
Prior experience in SAP/CMMS / ERP system for Oil and Gas.
Previous ADNOC Group experience is preferred.
Previous experience in Oil & Gas Industry (onshore / Offshore) is preferred.
Expertise in various business process related to Asset management, Maintenance management, Operations, Spare parts & Inventory management.
Personnel must be able to communicate in English (Reading/ Speaking).
