- Proficiency with SOQL and SOSL
- Experienced in integrating with external application using web services and REST API
- Proficiency in using Lightning Web Components and leveraging HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance usability
- Good understanding of leadtocash process, with special focus on how Quotes are created and managed
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Solid understanding of concepts and procedures in own discipline sound knowledge in adjoining disciplines
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others
