Description
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan against property products and solutions.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Ensure all sales and customer data is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to process and close sales.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
