    Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP modules, with a focus on areas such as finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operation of business processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements within the ERP system.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system functionality.

    • Qualifications

  • Recent MBA graduate with a specialization or coursework in information systems, business analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an ERP environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a passion for leveraging ERP systems to drive business efficiency and innovation.
  • Prior experience or coursework in ERP systems (, Netsuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus, but not required.
