    Rohan Tooling Solutions Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of Industrial consumables with the manufacturing plant located in IMT Manesar, Gurugram. The company was founded by Mr. Mahesh Gandhi in 2004, whose first business entity, S.S. Traders, which is a sister concern of Rohan Tooling and is still a healthy running entity, was established in 1983 at the same time when Maruti was setting up its plant in Gurgaon. Rohan Tooling is into manufacturing of Solid Carbide & PCD metal cutting tools and auto components. The company is also into trading of metal cutting tools, industrial lubricants and abrasives. Rohan Tooling and its sister concern companies are channel partners for Sandvik Coromant, TOTAL Lubricants, Grindwell Norton, Gulf Lubricants, KTA Spindle Toolings, Groz Tools and other brands.

    Role Description

    We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Application Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical sales opportunities. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to potential customers to highlight the company's products and services. They will assist sales teams with technical inquiries, product information, and technical support for system integration. The Sales Application Engineer will also be responsible for conducting product and market research and compiling reports on customer needs and experiences to support continuous product improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field
    • Experience with technical sales, engineering, or customer support
    • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tools
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Ability to travel to customer locations and attend conferences as needed
    • Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
