    Role: Legal Executive

    Qualification: BA LLB/LLM

    Experience: 0 -3 years

    Job overview: A Legal Executive conducts thorough property title research, drafts and reviews legal contracts. They examine property documentation, create various legal documents, maintain records and assist witnesses in preparing for court appearances.

    Job Description:

    1. Researching property titles to ensure accuracy and legality.

    2. Drafting and reviewing contracts to meet legal standards.

    3. Efficiently managing cases and reporting updates.

    4. Handling miscellaneous legal tasks as assigned.

    5. Working independently with accountability.

    6. Kannada are mandatory.

    7. Examining property documents and preparing reports.

    8. Creating various legal documents and correspondence.

    9. Maintaining organized document records.

    10. Should have knowledge of preparing legal documentation, notices, letters, agreements, and contracts in the real estate business Conducting legal research and staying updated.

    11. Assisting witnesses for court appearances.

    12. Managing property title reviews and legal compliance.

    Key Skills Required:

    1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
