    Description

    Overview:

    The TechnicalSpecialist plays a vital role in our organization providingtechnical expertise and support for various projects andinitiatives. They are responsible for ensuring the efficientoperation of our technical systems troubleshooting and resolvingany issues that arise and implementing technical solutions to meetthe organizations needs.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Provide technicalsupport and expertise to internal teams andclients
    • Assist in the design and implementationof technical systems and solutions
    • Identify andtroubleshoot technical issues and develop and implement effectivesolutions
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure technical projects are delivered on time and withinbudget
    • Conduct research and recommend newtechnologies and processes to improve efficiency andeffectiveness
    • Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation and standard operatingprocedures
    • Train and support staff on the useof technical systems and tools
    • Ensurecompliance with industry standards and bestpractices
    • Participate in the evaluation andselection of hardware software and other technicalproducts
    • Manage and prioritize multipletechnical projects simultaneously
    • Stay uptodatewith industry trends and advancements intechnology
    • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of technical processes andprocedures
    • Collaborate with external vendorsand service providers as needed
    • Providetechnical expertise and support during the implementation of newsystems
    • Ensure the security and integrity oftechnical systems and data

    RequiredQualifications:

    • B.E/ B.TechMBA
    • 1 Yrs of experience in Data Center orNetwork related projects NOC SOC is MUST
    • Strongtechnical expertise in areas such as network infrastructure systemadministration or softwaredevelopment
    • Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to analyze and resolve technicalissues
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Experience in projectmanagement and the ability to prioritize and manage multipletasks
    • Knowledge of industry standards and bestpractices
    • Ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment
    • Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills
    • Certifications such as CiscoCertified Network Associate (CCNA) or Microsoft Certified SolutionsExpert (MCSE) are advantageous
    • Understanding ofsecurity protocols and measures
    • Proficiency intechnical documentation andreporting
    • Experience with cloud technologiesand services is a plus
    • Ability to adapt to andlearn new technologies quickly
    • Strongcommitment to continuous learning and professionaldevelopment
