    About your team

    The Technology Controls Assurance (TCA) team is part of the Enterprise Resilience function which is a centralized global team responsible for supporting assurance activities across Technology and Enterprise services function, working closely with our internal and external auditors. The scope of the TCA team includes maintaining a central Technology and Information Security policies and controls library; Facilitation of External Audit and Certifications to Industry Standards (such as ISO); and IT Control Governance (including monitoring, testing and internal control verification to ensure controls throughout Technology and Digital function are working effectively)

    About your role

    As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with Technology and Enterprise Services teams for onboarding of Technology policies, standards, minimum control requirements and control activities within a centralized SAAS application- OneTrust, including facilitating a mapping with tech. regulations and industry standards, also enable management reporting through PowerBI dashboards.

    The purpose of the role is to support the Technology Department and the wider FIL Organization by:

  • Managing and supporting the OneTrust application and its hosted content
  • Ensuring the Centralized management of Policies and Standards and that regular assessments are being performed against defined control objectives
  • Supporting user friendly operationalization of application
  • Enabling proactive reporting of compliance against FIL policies, standards, industry standards, and regulations.

    • This role requires candidates to be intellectually curious to quickly understand and support requirements from different technology teams. Management of OneTrust application user interface including setting of user profiles, system attributes, integrations with external application, and basic data analysis skills using Excel & PowerBI. Lead and drive discussions with different technology teams for ongoing assessment and compliance of FIL policies and standards.

    The candidate must be a good team player and liaise with geographically spread Technology teams.

    Your key accountabilities

  • Ongoing management and support on Policies, Standards, minimum requirements, and control activities within source application- OneTrust.
  • Coordination with various internal stakeholders for onboarding support, and maintenance of content. This includes working with SMEs to ensure data quality within tool is maintained.
  • Participation in governance activities to ensure continuous assessments and compliance with FIL policies and standards.
  • Engagement with vendors for bug fixes and updates.
  • Hands on support on configuration changes and troubleshooting within OneTrust user interface.
  • Maintenance of TPF operating model and associate's processes to ensure efficient use of systems and resources.
  • Training, support, and continuous education for users on use of the tool and to drive effective policy compliance.
  • Development and maintenance of training content, associated sites such as SharePoint, source, and confluence.

    • Your skills and experience

  • Graduate from reputed institute with 8-10 years of experience and progressive working knowledge of IT Risks and controls
  • Strong technical acumen to support integration of OneTrust application with enterprise solutions such as SSO, Email configurations, APIs, internal data sources, and dashboards
  • Understanding of industry audit and governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL and NIST
  • Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, who can consistently deliver high quality work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals, but equally able to work independently and deliver results.
  • Ability to produce good quality documentation, and ease of handling data using MS excel and PowerBI.
