    Description

    About the Role

    Responsible for ensuring achievement of Lead Generation, Appointment setting and deal closures to achieve sales target through new and existing clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Inside Sales:

    ● Managing a list of prospect accounts and keep adding more to the list

    ● Setting up meetings/appointments with the Key Decision makers in large organizations using Cold Calling, connects and Email campaigns

    ● Generating leads using different methods on Mid/Small size organizations for self-closures and ensure calling on the new customers to understand the requirements.

    ● Minimum 40 prospects to be reached daily through the calling CRM.

    ● Achieving monthly, quarterly, and overall yearly targets.

    ● Having complete product knowledge to ensure demos on key portals and tools used for business closure

    ● Managing end to end sales cycle from prospecting, understanding customer requirements, pitching, negotiating, closing and Onboarding.

    ● Agreement vetting and negotiation on Pricing, making proposals and Contracts with clients

    Cloud Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Solution Sales, CRM sales, SAAS Based products

    Must have work Experience

    Minimum 2 - 5 years of Inside sales Lead Generation/Client Acquisition Experience

    Has worked in a company that sells services in a B2B set up.

    Has handled clients from different sectors.

    Qualification & Functional Skills

    ● Any Graduate or Post Graduate

    ● Need for Achievement (nAch)

    ● Negotiation and closure

    ● Experienced with calling and cold emailing to the prospects

    ● Building Relationships & Networking

    ● Willing to work in a high-pressure & changing sales setup

    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ● Good MS Power-Point and MS-Excel skills
