    PositionOverview:Seekingan experienced and strategic Key Account Manager to cultivate andnurture relationships with our key clients. As a Key AccountManager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth ensuringclient satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling andcrossselling within our existing clientbase.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Developand maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clientsincluding Founders CEOs and CXOsglobally.
    • Serve as the main point of contactfor key clients addressing their inquiries concerns and requests ina timely and professional manner.
    • Understandthe business needs and objectives of key clients and collaboratewith internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of ourproducts and services.
    • Proactively identifyopportunities for upselling and crossselling additional productsand services to existing clients.
    • Monitor andanalyze key account metrics such as revenue growth retention ratesand customer satisfaction scores and develop strategies to achievetargets.
    • Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for keyclients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends marketconditions and competitor activities to inform account managementstrategies andtactics.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
    • 35 years of experience in accountmanagement or sales preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrencyindustry.
    • Proven track record of managing keyclient accounts and driving revenuegrowth.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport and relationships withclients at all levels.
    • Excellent negotiationand presentation skills with the ability to articulate the valueproposition of our products andservices.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability toidentify opportunities and develop actionable plans to achievetargets.
    • Techsavvy with proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Passionfor cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology with a desire tostay informed about the latest developments in theindustry.
